Getting Started

What phase is Forecasta in right now?

We're running an open-access preview focused on proving the value of AI-assisted crypto research. Everyone can jump in immediately and start using the platform.

Who can join right now?

Anyone with an email address—there is no waitlist at this time. Just sign in, verify your email, and you can start chatting within seconds.

How do I start using the chatbot?

Create or sign in to your Forecasta account, head to the Chat page, and start asking market questions, portfolio what-ifs, or macro follow-ups.

Do I need special software or a specific browser?

No installs required. Forecasta works in any modern Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser. We recommend desktop for chart-heavy answers, but tablets and phones also work.

Usage & Limits

Are there portfolio upload or CSV limits?

Uploads are capped at 1 MB per file and five files per day to keep processing snappy. Need to analyze a larger dataset? Email us and we'll run it with you.

Data & Accuracy

Which exchanges and assets are covered?

We aggregate prices and liquidity signals from Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken, plus on-chain analytics, for these supported assets: BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, BNB, DOGE, LINK, INJ, UNI, LTC, ADA, DOT, AVAX, HBAR, SEI, TIA, XLM, and AKT. Coverage may expand as we add paid capacity.

How frequently is data refreshed?

Market data updates every week, macro indicators hourly, and our narrative market briefs weekly. Any delays are posted on the Status page so you always know what's fresh.

Does Forecasta provide financial advice?

No. Forecasta summarizes data, risk metrics, and historical context so you can make better-informed decisions. You remain responsible for any trades or allocations.

Can I trust the AI-generated insights?

Each response references the datasets it pulled from. Treat the output as a research co-pilot: validate the numbers that matter most before acting on them.

Product Experience

Is there a mobile experience?

Yes. The interface is responsive, though we still recommend desktop for multi-chart answers or table exports.

Can I tag teammates or share chats?

For now you can export any thread as Markdown or CSV and drop it in your own workspace.

Do you integrate with Telegram, Slack, or Discord?

Not yet. We expose webhook samples today, and official messaging integrations may be added in the future.

What languages are supported?

The interface is English-only for now. You can ask questions in any language supported by OpenAI—the model will understand and respond.

Account, Billing & Security

Are there subscription charges right now?

No. Access is free while we collect feedback and improve the product.

Will my saved chats be preserved?

Yes. Your transcripts, notes, and uploads will be preserved unless you delete them in settings.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Profile → Delete data. We queue removal within 24 hours and email you once everything is purged.

How do I report a security issue?

Email info@forecasta.ai with reproduction steps. We acknowledge within 24 hours and keep you updated throughout remediation.
